Section 1.
The Board of Directors shall have the power to sanction, with the approval of the Assembly, auxiliary and subordinate organizations of the Club. The Colombo Club Board of Directors shall have the power to impose conditions, regulations, charges, and otherwise control their actions for the best interests of the Colombo Club.
